Joshua 5:1 ויהי And it came to pass, כשׁמע heard כל when all מלכי the kings האמרי of the Amorites, אשׁר which בעבר on the side הירדן of Jordan ימה westward, וכל and all מלכי the kings הכנעני of the Canaanites, אשׁר which על by הים the sea, את אשׁר that הובישׁ had dried up יהוה the LORD את מי the waters הירדן of Jordan מפני from before בני the children ישׂראל of Israel, עד until עברנו we were passed over, וימס melted, לבבם that their heart ולא neither היה was בם עוד in them any more, רוח there spirit מפני because בני of the children ישׂראל׃ of Israel.
